Sameday A to B job workflow

Job arrives on CityTrakker after being allocated by the service centre.

Job is accepted by the designated user of the CityTrakker. The job will automatically cancel if not accepted within 10 minutes.

View the first address (Collection Details), take note of instructions, navigate to the address and touch the Arrived button upon arrival.

Once you have taken possession of the package from the sender touch the POB button. This address may require manifesting items and/or adding waiting time (needs authorisation from the service centre in many cases so always ask).

To complete a POB you are required to entire a name, touch the Signature button, on the Signature screen capture a Signature and touch Accept.

From the Stops screen, open the address, view the second address details (Delivery Address), take note of instructions, navigate to the address and touch the Arrived button upon arrival.

Prior to handing the package to the receiver, go to the POD screen, enter on the receivers full name, touch the Signature button, on the Signature screen capture a Signature and touch Accept.

If you have items manifested then you will need to clear them form the manifest before you are able to complete Step 7.

Courier Pack is a CitySprint hire package complete with communications equipment, GPS tracking, goods in transit cover and branded kit hire all included in the price.
Couriers who use Courier Pack benefit from being visible to the entire CitySprint network, instant transfer of booking data and paperless proof of delivery capture.
The Standard Courier Pack costs £30 per week which is deducted automatically from the Courier's self billing invoice. Couriers who would like to qualify for Courier Pack discounts can do so by advertising CitySprint on their vehicles and by using branded kit.
